Congratulations Céline for being recognized as one of the “Edmonton’s Sizzling 20 under 30''!

Every year the City of Edmonton recognizes 20 young creative and career oriented Edmontonians. The event is called “ Edmonton’s Sizzling 20 under 30''.

The sizzlers are being recognized for:

• Their desire to keep Edmonton thriving
• Supporting Edmonton’s drive to be on the cutting edge
• Their belief and motivation to perform at their best
• Their incredible community spirit and personal participation
• Being one of the movers and shakers in Edmonton

During our last trip to Kelowna, we discovered a very talented local artist named Meghan Wise. Some of her paintings were for sale at a downtown boutique and we were very quickly drawn to her eclectic and dynamic style. Meghan mostly uses acrylics, pastels and inks, and incorporates photographs with her paintings.

A day before the official opening of the restaurant, we were invited by Lindsey and Francis to stop by and try a delicious poutine. We were very exited. We, or should I say I have been waiting for a long time to experience what I call a real poutine here in Edmonton.

We both tried the Traditional poutine. We weren't desapointed. This is what a poutine should taste like : very tasty traditional poutine sauce and the SO enjoyable ''squick-squick'' sounding like cheeze. All this served with a smile. What else can we ask for?

So now the goal of course is to try them all. One down, 14 more to go.
